Mark S. Hudson

Mark S. Hudson began working with The CBMC Group in September 1986 as an outside consultant providing operational systems services. Following his 36-year tenure as an outside consultant, Hudson joined The CBMC Group on October 1st, 2022, as the Vice President and Chief Operatiions Officer.

 Mr. Hudson’s experience in the Contract Cleaning industry spans from 1974, where he began his career while in High School as a stockroom and warehouseman for a Janitorial firm with over 200 employees in Baltimore, Maryland. 

 In 1975, after graduating 6th in his class of 1000 from Patterson High School, he began working full time as a supervisor at the Janitorial Firm while attending college part time. 

 Within two years, Hudson was promoted to Regional Manager for daytime operations with the responsibility of approximately 100 full-time cleaners. As Regional Manager he was tasked with selling new accounts and additional services. In this role he increased business by 40% over the next 4 years.

 In 1979, seeing the need for automation in the industry, he formed a Computer Software and Service company dedicated to effectively servicing the Janitorial Industry. Over the last 43 years his company has provided software and support services to over 125 companies.

 Mr. Hudson’s college education is centered in Computer Science, Accounting and Business Management.

 He looks forward to contributing to the legacy established at The CBMC Group during the past more than 100 years.
