White House Concierge (WHC), a Division of The CBMC

WHC is goal centered on ensuring our clients are satisfied, all Concierge staff are knowledgeably trained to deliver exceptional customer service, in order to ensure a seamless experience for our client’s guests, residents and tenants. WHC concierges accommodate requests within the guidelines of the client for which the concierge works.

Our Concierge Associates (CA) are always polite, flexible and accommodating. The most important skill needed in order to be a concierge is communication. Our CA’s are trained to interact with clients either by telephone or in-person.

Key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature:

  • Greeting residents & their guests
  • Screening persons entering the building
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Recording incidents that occur
  • Responding to management requests

 

PATROL SERVICES

CBMC Patrol Associates (PA) serves residential and commercial patrol needs of clients across the Northeast. Our agents are responsible for monitoring and patrolling facilities, as required. These agents are required to respond to all emergencies and alarms that occur during their shift. Our PA’s will work closely with clients and maintain continuous contact with them throughout their shift to ensure safety. All Patrol Associate’s maintain constant vigil of possible threats to our client’s properties, in order to minimize any disruptions that may occur.

All PA’s are professionally trained and maintain a daily shift log of all events that occur during their shift.
